Mechanical Assembly Services

Mechanical assembly services include manufacturing designated components, hardware, machined parts, cables, LED lights, etc... involved in fulfilling a complete and functional electromechanical integrated assembly.  This service is in addition to PCB fabrication and circuit board manufacturing. Mechanical assembly is also sometimes referred to as "Box Build" or “Systems Integration.” 

Standard  mechanical assembly services include the following:

• Installation of sub-assemblies

• Installation of alternate components

• Routing of cabling and or wire harnesses assemblies

• Fabrication of enclosures

• Programming

• Testing
